ANALYSIS OF THE RELATION BETWEEN THE CULTURE ECONOMY AND URBAN ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT

Abstract：It's the inevitable trend of culture economy integration of the development in the modern economy. After city and urban economy came to exist, culture and economy become the important parts of urban development and urban culture. People realize that culture exists as the independent economic permit of another kind of power; also it shows more and more important promoting function to the development of modern urban economy.
In recent years, the tendency of unification between economy and culture become more and more apparent, especially the development of culture industry is remarkable.The intellectualization and humanization of traditional industries become the orientation of industry development in the world. This manifests that the symbiosis and coexistence between economy and culture is the tendency of modern economic development. Culture economy represents the orientation of new economy; it must become an important section of the urban economy.
A city reflects the space of human being's social and economic activities; also it is the geographical space where the economic and cultural activities most frequently take place, with developed cultural economy. This paper simply narrates the inevitability of the trend of the culture economy integration from the communal property of culture and economy. Then it concludes that cultural economy has very important meaning to urban economy development. Culture economy accelerates the economic development, improves the economic benefits, intenerates the economic base, optimizes the economic structure and facilitates the stable economic development. The third part of this paper divides the synergetic state of culture and economy into three levels. At the end of the paper, after analyzing the comparative relationship between cultural economy and economic development, the author brings forward the opinion that during the course of economic development, it's also very necessary to guide and plan the development of cultural economy.
